The College’s Staff Opportunities to Accelerate Readiness Program — SOAR — is focused on enhancing the professional development of Georgia Tech staff members through enrichment, education, and empowerment.
The program provides participants with the ability to obtain skills for their desired career path.
We value longevity with our staff in the College and want to promote growth from entry- to high-level positions in academia. The year-long SOAR program consists of monthly, 90-minute meetings.
