The College of Engineering’s Staff Culture Advisory Council (COESCAC) serves the College by advocating for staff and promoting a supportive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture. The council serves as an advisory committee to College leadership on action steps resulting from Staff Engagement Day collaborative sessions, as well as School-initiated discussions and ideas. 

COESCAC Goals

  1. Advocate
    Serve as the voice of the staff and provide input to leadership.
  2. Inform
    Solicit and share information; enhance communications throughout the College.
  3. Engage
    Bring employees together to create community and develop in their careers.
  4. Lead 
    Initiate change and be an example for others to follow.
